How to Enrol
Step 2
Enrolment Documentation
All student enrolments must be formalised by completing an enrolment form and providing copies of the following documentation:
- Birth Certificate (English translated)
- Immunisation Form from the Australian Immunisation Register
- Proof of Residence (Tenancy Agreement or Contract of Sale)
- Medical Management Plans (Asthma and Anaphylaxis)
- Student Visa*
- Latest School Report
- Student Drawing or Letter for the Principal
*All copies of student visas must be provided to the School as part of the enrolment process. The student’s eligibility for enrolment is based on the visa of the student and then in the second instance the family or parent. Depending on the status and visa number, students may need to apply through the Victorian Schools International Division https://www.study.vic.gov.au/en/Pages/default.aspx
Step 3
Drop off student enrolment form & supporting documentation to reception
All enrolment applications must be handed into the School’s Reception in person along with the supporting documentation. We do not accept electronic copies. Contact the School to arrange a time to drop off your completed enrolment form and supporting documentation between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Once your enrolment form has been accepted, we will book in a pre-enrolment interview with the Principal and you will receive a School Enrolment Pack.
Step 4
Pre enrolment interview & agreement
All new students are required to complete a pre-enrolment General Assessment Test prior to enrolment and also attend with their families a pre enrolment interview with the Principal, Assistant Principal or Head of Student Wellbeing.
The Principal also requests a copy of the child’s most recent school report and for your child to write a letter to the Principal or draw a picture. Both of these items are to be submitted along with the enrolment application.
Each interview is approximately 30 minutes and all interviews are held at the School.
Each Student Assessment will take approximately 20 minutes for Prep to Grade 2 students and 1 hour for Grade 3-6 Students and are held at the school. Whilst the student is sitting the assessment – parents are encouraged to meet with our Office Manager to answer any questions you may have. Interview and Assessment times and dates are confirmed when an enrolment application is submitted in full.
